What This Is

The testing and the reading, without the coaching.

Most people who come to me have been told their bloods are normal and have never seen their own genes. CYORA Decode is the honest first step: your DNA test is included, you bring your own blood results, and the standalone app gives you an AI-generated report in my words. It reads your blood against the same ranges I use with my own clients and reads your DNA gene by gene.

What Is In It

Included

  • A DNA test, ordered by CYORA through NutriPATH. The kit comes to you by post, the laboratory sends its report to CYORA, and your DNA page is built from it.
  • Your CYORA Decode login at the address I give you at enrolment.
  • Your own blood results, uploaded by you, and both tests read for an AI-generated report. Each blood marker CYORA holds a range for is scored against the optimal ranges I use with my own clients. DNA is never scored - it is read gene by gene, with the exact variant named.
  • A ten-module self-guided course in the App, short lessons with one thing to take from each.
  • Oura wearable integration.

Not In It

  • No blood test in the price. You buy your own and upload the report. I say exactly which one below.
  • No consultations and no calls with me or the team.
  • No practitioner protocol and no prescription. Nothing in CYORA Decode tells you what to take.
  • No messaging support beyond help with your access and uploads.
  • No stool test, so no cross-lab Decode page. That needs blood, stool and DNA together and lives in the programs.
  • No practitioner review. Your report is written by CYORA's software in my words from your own results, and neither I nor anyone on my team reads it.
  • No monitoring. CYORA does not watch your results or send you a notice about them. Managing your results is yours to do, with your own doctor.

Your Blood Test

Your blood test is not included. You buy it yourself from any Australian pathology laboratory, in your own name, and upload the laboratory's report. I recommend i-screen's Platinum Health Test: it covers most of the panel I use with my own clients, i-screen's own doctor requests it, and the report lands in your inbox.

Already have a recent blood panel from an Australian laboratory? Upload that instead. If the app cannot read it, it says so on the page and nothing is guessed. CYORA takes no fee from any laboratory.

How I Read It

Six tiers, top to bottom, every time.

Every system in the body is downstream of the one above it. When a protocol starts with surface symptoms - back pain, fatigue, stubborn weight, low libido - it treats the smoke instead of the fire. Your App reads your blood in this order, and the course teaches you to do the same.

Your reports are an analysis of your results against the optimal ranges I use in my own clinical work. They are not a diagnosis, they are not medical advice and they do not replace a consultation with your treating practitioner. When the self-guided plan builder is released, a plan it produces is built from your own results by CYORA's software and is never a practitioner prescription. The course is general education. Your genetic information is sensitive information and is held under the Australian Privacy Principles; it is used to provide CYORA Decode and for nothing else without your consent. Nothing here promises any health outcome. If you are unwell, or your laboratory flagged a result, see your doctor.
